Refund policy

This refund policy describes how refunds are handled by DANIEL MARQUES PINTO CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, doing business as FileCrew.

The service is free

FileCrew does not charge for the WhatsApp bot. There is no purchase, so there is nothing to refund while the service stays free.

If we offer a paid plan

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase.

How to request a refund:

• No email or special request is needed.
• Cancel from your FileCrew account within 14 days of the purchase.
• If you cancel in that window, the subscription is refunded to the original payment method.

After 14 days from the purchase date, payments are not refundable. This policy applies only to the first subscription purchase. Renewals and later charges are not refundable.
